Isabel Cristina Medeiros 

Plastic artist, Writer, Tarologist and Shamanic Healer

 

Isabel has as her shamanic mission, to awake the consciences in the path of the cure of Mother Earth and to awake the joy and the faith in the hearts. She treads the red road since her childhood and has as a motto the ethics and the respect for the octuple way and the peace on Earth.

She studies Tarot since 1987, when finished degree in Drawing and Plastic Arts and Graduation in Engraving at UFG university. In 1991 she established her Art Studio Tem-Arte, where she began her healing services and groups of studies.

Concluded her Basic Holistic Formation in 1996, and her Formation in Matricial Shamanism Instructor and the Formation in Replanning of Subtle DNA and Exorcism with Rowland Barkley, in UNIPAZ-Brasília and PAZGEIA-São Paulo, in 1998.

From 2000 to 2003 she lived in Rio, her birth-place, where carried out rituals of the full moon in the Arpoador beach and taught several courses and carried out several services in different spaces. In November, she met Nelson Turtle, a Cheyene shaman, in the “Ceremony of the Peyote” and in the “Tent of the Sweat”, in Friburgo (state of Rio).

In 2003 she acted like spectator and support, in the courses of formation of Rowland Barkley, in Rio, and in 2005 she participated in the first Meeting of Shamanism in São Paulo. She is a member of ABRAX (Brazilian Shamanism Association).

In 2006 she was in São Paulo, participating of the third visit of His Holiness the Dalai Lama and received the Nun Isshin at her home in Goiânia.

In 2006, she went to Porto Alegre, lecturing at the space Mystic Land and launched her first book: “Announcement of we both: Brick, support of the world” with texts and illustrations of her authorship; in Goiânia, Bahia, Brasilia and Rio.

At the present she is finishing her new book on matricial shamanism. In 2007, she participated on one more course of shamanism: Multidimensional Trances – Holographic Cure, with the australian shaman Rowland Barkley.

Since April of 2008, she lectures speeches, workshops and carry out services of tarot readings and shamanism in the space Life and Conscience in Rio, Pirenópolis (Blue Space) and Belo Horizonte and she development your healing work by distance with many peoples of the word.

During many years, she lectured courses of shamanism, carried out rituals of the full moon, tarot readings and shamanism healing in her own space – the Tem-Arte Studio.

She is a Reiki healer, with levels Usui I and II and III and levels I and II of Reiki Karuna.

In May of 2010 she participated of the collective exhibition Leituras Visuais, in the Gallery of the Jaime Câmara Foundation in Goiânia; and in June she will participate of the collective exhibition Technological Garbage at XII FICA - in the city of Goiás Velho, with the installation Sound of the Silence.

In June of 2011 she made one Medicine wheel in Wien and made some healing sessions, and she is living in Wien for six months where she start your work again.
